Showcases books published by authors associated with the Platform
Provides links to third-party e-commerce websites and/or parent publishing platforms for purchasing books

The Platform does not guarantee sales, readership, rankings, reviews, or commercial success of any book.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to purchase services.

4. Website Content & Accuracy

While reasonable efforts are made to keep information accurate:

Package details, pricing, timelines, and services are subject to change
The Platform does not warrant that all information is error-free or up to date

The Platform reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website without prior notice.

5. Third-Party Links

The website may contain links to third-party websites (including e-commerce platforms).

These links are provided for convenience only
The Platform does not control or endorse third-party content, pricing, policies, or transactions
Any purchase made on third-party websites is solely between the user and the third party

Author dissatisfaction with sales or performance

Use of the website and services is at the user’s own risk.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Website Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in India. Courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

PART B: AUTHOR PUBLISHING TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Scope of Agreement

This section applies specifically to authors who purchase publishing services from the Platform. By purchasing a package, the author agrees to these terms.

2. Author Eligibility & Authority

The author confirms that:

They are the original creator or lawful rights holder of the submitted work
The content does not infringe any third-party rights
The work does not contain unlawful, defamatory, or prohibited material

The author shall indemnify the Platform against any claims arising from breach of these assurances.

3. Copyright & Ownership

The author retains full copyright ownership of the work
No ownership is transferred to the Platform

The Platform is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to:

Publish, format, print, distribute, and display the work
Use the work for promotional and marketing purposes related to the Platform

This licence remains valid for the duration of service delivery and continued listing unless terminated.

4. Publishing Services

Publishing services are offered as per the selected package and may include (but are not limited to):
- Editing, formatting, cover design
- ISBN assistance
- Printing or digital distribution support
- Listing on e-commerce platforms
The Platform does not guarantee editorial outcomes, approvals by third-party platforms, or timelines influenced by external vendors.

5. Payments & Refunds

All package fees must be paid in full in advance
Fees are non-refundable once work has commenced
Prices are listed in INR and may be subject to applicable taxes

Delays caused by incomplete or delayed author inputs are not the responsibility of the Platform.

6. Royalties & Sales

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing:

Any revenue generated on third-party platforms is governed by those platforms’ policies

7. Author Responsibilities

The author is responsible for:

Providing accurate content and approvals on time
Ensuring compliance with content standards
Managing their own tax obligations arising from book sales

8. Book Listings & Promotion

The Platform may showcase authors’ books on its website
Inclusion or removal of books is at the Platform’s discretion
Promotional efforts do not imply guaranteed results

9. Termination

The Platform may terminate services if:

The author breaches these terms
Content is found to be unlawful or infringing

Upon termination, previously paid fees are non-refundable, and listings may be removed.
